Terms of Service

LeadWake AI provides missed-lead response, follow-up workflow, reporting, and related implementation services for local service businesses. Early pilots may include manual review, AI-assisted drafting, and human-in-the-loop operations.

LeadWake AI is operated from Thailand and may serve clients in other countries. Clients are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their business, customers, lead sources, forms, phone systems, SMS programs, email programs, and service areas.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved scripts, lead source details, access to necessary tools, escalation rules, service exclusions, and information about consent, opt-out, privacy, and communication requirements.

Clients should use SMS, email, and automated follow-up only with appropriate consent, lawful business purpose, and approved messaging rules. Clients should have counsel review messaging programs, website forms, privacy terms, A2P 10DLC requirements, and opt-out practices before scaling.

LeadWake may estimate recovered opportunities or revenue for reporting purposes, but does not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, customer replies, platform approval, deliverability, legal compliance outcomes, or any specific business result.

Pilot pricing, scope, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the written pilot offer. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, setup fees, subscription fees, taxes, payment processor fees, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks follow the checkout provider's terms and the written offer accepted by the client.

Scripts, summaries, replies, and recommendations may be assisted by AI. Clients should review and approve customer-facing language, especially for pricing, emergency, medical, legal, financial, regulated, or safety-related claims.

LeadWake may rely on third-party tools such as hosting, payment processors, SMS providers, email providers, CRMs, spreadsheets, automation tools, analytics tools, and AI systems. Availability, delivery, approval, and processing by those providers are not guaranteed by LeadWake.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadWake is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, missed leads, indirect damages, platform outages, deliverability failures, client-provided information, unapproved client actions, or compliance decisions made by the client.
