Who we are
LeadWake AI is operated from Thailand and provides missed-lead response, follow-up workflow, reporting, and related implementation services for local service businesses. This policy explains how we handle information for inquiries, audits, pilots, and service delivery.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms, email, calls, payment checkout, or pilot onboarding, such as name, business name, website, email address, phone number, service area, lead source details, customer inquiry details, workflow preferences, and notes needed to evaluate or operate a missed-lead recovery workflow.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare written audits, operate pilot workflows, draft and improve approved scripts, qualify missed leads, prepare owner alerts, create reports, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Client customer data
For pilot clients, we may process limited lead or customer information on behalf of the client. Clients are responsible for confirming they have a lawful basis, consent source, or existing customer relationship for any SMS, email, or follow-up workflow they ask us to operate.
SMS and email communications
If SMS or email workflows are used, messaging should be based on the client's approved business purpose, consent sources, and communication rules. Recipients should be given a practical way to opt out where applicable, such as replying STOP to text messages.
Service providers and international processing
We may use service providers for hosting, email, SMS, CRM, automation, analytics, payment processing, spreadsheets, design, and AI-assisted drafting. These providers may process data in countries outside Thailand and outside the client's country. We use these providers only as needed to operate the service and expect appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection practices.
AI-assisted processing
We may use AI tools to help draft scripts, summarize lead details, prepare audits, or improve workflows. We avoid intentionally submitting payment card data, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal data to AI tools. Customer-facing messages should be reviewed and approved before use.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, reporting, legitimate business purposes, dispute prevention, compliance, or legal obligations. Pilot data can be deleted or exported on reasonable request unless we need to keep limited records for security, tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to update, export, or delete information where commercially reasonable and legally permitted. If you receive an unwanted message through a client workflow, use the opt-out instruction in that message or contact us with enough detail to identify the workflow.
